At Louise Winn Flowers
we provide a very supportive and sensitive service for your wedding as we understand that the preparation and planning can
be stressful. We are also aware that this is one of the most important days in you life and we want to provide you with beautifully
and skillfully arranged floral designs.
Once you have contacted us, the first stage is to meet with you to discuss
your ideas, colour schemes, favourite flowers etc. At this point you need not worry at all because we can help you make
all these decisions and we can make a plan together.
We are also very happy to leave you with a selection of our
books and magazines to peruse at your leisure and then return for a meeting at a later date. This gives you the option to
take your time and gather ideas before we meet again.
Once we have come up with a plan, we will send you
a quote. Providing you are happy that this meets with your requirements and fits into your budget, we will proceed from there.
We will then design a 'mood board' for you, a beautiful collage of colours, textures and ideas that will show
the theme of your wedding. This is a lovely keepsake, but also provides confirmation that we are on the right track.
If at any time you need to alter you order, you can call or email us and we'll adjust accordingly.
The service
provided includes a personal support on the wedding day, delivering the relevant items to their required destinations. This
sometimes involves moving items from venue to venue during the day and we are more than happy to do this
One month
before the wedding we will contact you to check that everything is o.k. and make a final confirmation of the order.
We ask for 50% of the payment 2weeks prior to the wedding and the remaining balance soon after the wedding day.
